When Can I go on a Tour?
Tours are offered at multiple times daily. Advanced Booking is required to ensure you get the date and tour time you prefer.
What’s the Age and Weight Restriction?
All riders must weigh between 90lbs and 260lbs. We have no age restriction.

Where do I go for my tour?
Tours Depart from Radius Retreat, located at 7058 Hwy 95 – 2.2km North of Radium Hot Springs. Please meet there 20 minutes before your tour and check-in with our staff at the SegwayX2 Basecamp.
What if I’m nervous to ride a SegwayX2?
Don’t be! Our guides train and facilitate riders every day, so you are in good hands. Give it a try! On the rare occasion that a guest is still nervous after safety training, we will refund 50% of the tour cost.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel up to 48 hours before the tour departs with no penalty.
Private Group Bookings Cancellation Policy?
When you reserve a Private Group tour, we schedule our highly trained guides and support staff to make your SegwayX2 adventure as amazing as possible. For this reason, we require 7 days’ notice for cancellations and rescheduling of tours. If you fail to meet your appointment, we still incur the same expenses and may have turned others away. Therefore, those guests who fail to show for a reservation or cancel without proper notice will be charged the full tour price for the reserved spaces.
What if its cold outside?
We will run tours in temperatures down to -5 Celsius. Our SegwayX2 devices are designed for snowy conditions. Please dress appropriately for the weather and be prepared to be outside for up to 1.5 hours. We will cancel or postpone tours if the weather conditions make them unsafe. Mountain weather is as unpredictable as any other place, so rest assured you will not be charged if Mother Nature tells us the tour cannot safely depart. Please call first if you have concerns about the weather. We are constantly monitoring the radar when the weather looks threatening and we will call only if we are certain your tour will not run.
What if there is severe Weather
We will run tours in light rain. The SegwayPT is just as waterproof as any other vehicle. We will not run tours in hazardous storms with thunder and lightning. Mountain weather is as unpredictable as any other place, so rest assured you will not be charged if Mother Nature tells us the tour cannot safely depart. Please call first if you have concerns about the weather. We are constantly monitoring the radar when weather looks threatening and we will call only if we are certain your tour will not run. Frequently, thunder storms blow over quickly and we are able to depart a few minutes after the scheduled time.
